1 Introduction

2 Definitions

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on z288, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or license jurisdiction, at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You are registering as an individual in your own name — not on behalf of another person, and not using another person's identity or payment details.

z288 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension or closure and forfeiture of balances where required by applicable law or operator policy.

4 Account Registration & Management

4.1 Registration Process

To use the Platform's gaming and wagering features, you must create an Account by providing accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details and a valid email address. You agree to keep this information up to date throughout your use of the Platform.

4.2 One Account Per User

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. The opening of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. z288 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void associated winnings and withhold balances in such circumstances.

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. z288 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify z288 support immediately.

4.4 Account Currency

Accounts registered by Pakistani users will display balances in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). Once set at registration, account currency cannot typically be changed. All deposits, wagers, bonuses and withdrawals will be processed and displayed in PKR unless the cashier specifies otherwise for crypto transactions.

5 KYC & Identity Verification

z288 operates KYC and AML procedures in accordance with the requirements of its operating licence and applicable compliance frameworks. All Players are required to complete identity verification before any withdrawal is processed and may be required to verify at earlier stages at the Operator's discretion.

5.1 Required Documents

• Proof of Identity: A valid, government-issued photo ID — for Pakistani users, this typically means a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or current passport.

5.2 Document Matching

The name on your z288 Account must match the name on your KYC documents and the name on your payment method exactly. Any discrepancy will result in a hold on withdrawal processing until the matter is resolved. z288 will not process withdrawals to accounts or payment methods not in the Player's own name.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

Deposits are subject to the payment methods available in the z288 cashier at the time of transaction. Available methods may include mobile wallets such as Easypaisa and JazzCash, bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, Raast digital transfers, debit or credit cards and cryptocurrency where supported. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. z288 does not accept deposits from third parties. Minimum deposit amounts are set by the Operator and displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• All active bonus wagering requirements associated with your Account balance must be met in full prior to withdrawal.
• Withdrawal amounts must meet the minimum threshold specified in the cashier.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins and other promotional offers made available on z288 are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, maximum bet restrictions while a bonus is active, eligible game lists, expiry periods and opt-in requirements. 7.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify the number of times a Bonus amount (or Bonus plus deposit, depending on the specific offer) must be staked before associated winnings become withdrawable. 7.3 Bonus Restrictions

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 General Rules

8.2 Sports Betting

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on z288 and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure and potential legal action:

• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate outcomes.

• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the z288 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software code and user interface design — is the intellectual property of z288 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial, entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of z288.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, z288 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses incurred as a result of placing wagers on the Platform.
• Temporary Platform unavailability, technical faults or service interruptions.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Inaccurate odds displayed due to data feed errors beyond the Operator's direct control.

13 Termination & Account Closure

13.1 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting z288 support. Any real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure (net of any applicable bonus balances subject to wagering) will be returned to you via a verified payment method, subject to completed KYC and no outstanding compliance matters.

13.2 Closure by z288

z288 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• z288 suspects fraudulent, collusive or unlawful activity associated with your Account.
• You have provided false or misleading information at any stage.
• Required by applicable law, regulator instruction or compliance obligation.
• Your Account shows evidence of problem gambling behaviour and closure is necessary to protect your welfare.

In cases of closure for breach or fraud, z288 may withhold balances pending investigation. Any amounts determined to be derived from fraudulent activity may be forfeited.

14 Amendments to These Terms

z288 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, z288 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via the contact email on file or via a notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be updated in the "Last Updated" field on this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which z288 holds its operating licence. By accepting these Terms, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes.

Nothing in this clause constitutes a representation that the use of z288 is lawful in Pakistan or in any other jurisdiction. Pakistani users must independently satisfy themselves as to the legality of their participation before registering or depositing.
